Our annual conference is a gathering of ACE NY’s members and supporters and is one of the leading events addressing the present state of and future opportunities for renewable energy and energy efficiency. This year our discussion will focus on New York’s ambitious target of achieving 50% renewables by 2030, giving us an opportunity to explore how the state can harness the full potential of clean energy and energy efficiency technologies as we move forward on a path to achieving one of the most ambitious renewable energy goals in the nation.

PRELIMINARY AGENDADay 1 – Wednesday, October 28, 2015 – 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM
All ACE NY members in good standing are invited to attend our October Board of Directors meeting beginning at 1:30 PM. The second portion of the meeting will be dedicated to ACE NY’s 2016 policy priorities, and include peer-led breakout discussions.
From 5:15 to 7:00 PM, all conference attendees are invited to join our kick-off Networking Reception and Clean Energy Exhibit, at which Tom Kiernan, CEO of the American Wind Energy Association, will provide our welcome keynote address.
Day 2 – Thursday, October 29, 2015 – 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
From 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, attendees will enjoy a series of expert panel discussions and presentations on topics including offshore wind opportunities, New York’s potential for renewables and efficiency, policies and strategies for achieving 50% renewables by 2030, and deploying large-scale renewables.
Our event ends with a luncheon (1:30 – 3:00 PM) featuring a closing keynote address from New York energy czar Richard Kauffman.
