Every Day Is Earth Day!

The recent celebration of Earth Day is a chance for us all to reflect on what is needed to restore our planet's health. The challenge is in living each day in a way that promotes clean air and protects our precious natural resources on land and in water. The challenge is also in advocating for policies that support clean energy and energy efficiency and removing the barriers to their growth.

The new federal economic stimulus package provides a way for state and local governments to invest in greening their buildings, transportation and water systems. New tax credits, grants, and capital can reinvigorate our economy, create jobs, rebuild our infrastructure, clean up our environment, and begin a clean energy revolution!

At ACE NY we are working hard to advance our mission of promoting clean energy, a healthy environment, and a strong economy for New York State. We believe that through leading by example, the Governor and the State of New York will be at the forefront of creating the thriving green economy and healthy environment that all New Yorkers deserve and is indeed within reach.
